What if I still have food left in my bucket the day I'm supposed to have it collected?

We get this question a lot and the answer is quite simple.

If it's your first bucket and you still have some kibble left on the day that your next delivery is supposed to arrive, no problem! Feel free to hang on to your current bucket until it's completely empty and then we'll collect it during your next delivery.

We just ask that you only have a maximum of 2 buckets at a time in your possession

Where do you currently deliver?

We're currently delivering locally to the Denver Metro Area and many neighboring areas. If you go the the cart section, you can type in your zip code to see if we deliver to you!

Our goal is to expand far beyond in the near future.

When will I receive my first delivery?

You will receive your first delivery within a couple days of placing your first order. After that, all future orders will be delivered based on the delivery frequency you choose. This can be adjusted at any time within the "My Account" section

Are the buckets air tight?

Our buckets have a screw on lid that has an air tight seal to keep your food extremely fresh and protect it from oxidation.

What if I forget to leave my empty bucket out?

No problem. We'll just collect two from you during your next delivery.

What do you do with the empty buckets you collect?

We sanitize and clean them so they're sparkly fresh. Then, we refill them with dog food and start the cycle all over again.

Is local delivery more sustainable?

By a long shot. Our supply chain is significantly more sustainable than the average dog food company.

Rather than shipping heavy bags of dog food across the country, we simply deliver it locally just miles away from our warehouse. This method significantly reduces green house gas emissions.

Do you use any single use packing materials to deliver products like other online retailers?

Absolutely not. In addition to completely eliminating single use pet food bags, we've also eliminated all additional packing materials. Say goodbye to cardboard boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, tape, and whatever else they're using now a days.

Can I switch formulas during my next delivery?

Yes, just log into your account and can manage, modify, or pause future deliveries.
