The Food

What's actually in it.

Two recipes. Full ingredient lists. Full nutrition panels. We're required by Colorado law to disclose exactly what's in our food — we'd tell you anyway.

"Nutritious" isn't a marketing word.

Our chicken and lamb are high-quality proteins the mainstream food system rejects for inefficiency — not scraps, not spoiled product, not waste. Cuts and volumes that don't fit a grocery store supply chain but pass the same safety and quality checks as any other meat headed to a plate.

We divert it into fresh dog food instead of a landfill, store it in food-grade stainless steel, and rotate the whole supply every 90 days. No pallet full of plastic bags sitting in a warehouse for a year.

Fresh Goobr dog food in a stainless steel bowl — ground meat, brown rice, oats, and vegetables

Two recipes. Nothing hidden.

Same standard for both: real protein first, whole-food ingredients, no filler, full label transparency.

Storage & feeding

No preservative-heavy bag sitting in a garage for months. Treat it like the fresh food it is.

Keep it cool and sealed

Store your container somewhere cool and dry, sealed between feedings. Because there's no heavy preservative load, freshness matters more than with a bagged kibble — that's also why we rotate our supply every 90 days.

Switch gradually

Moving from a different food? Mix Goobr in gradually over 5–7 days so your dog's digestion has time to adjust. This matters more with a fresh, minimally processed recipe than a heavily processed one.

Portion for your dog

Every dog's calorie needs are different — size, age, activity level, and body condition all factor in. Start with your dog's current portion size, watch their body condition over a couple weeks, and adjust. When in doubt, ask your vet.
